Mouth-watering and mouth-melting, are two ways to describe this dish. So simple yet so satisfying, soup that has been boiled over hours to produce a thick beef flavour that runs in your mouth. The first sip of soup leaves you asking for more, and the second slurp of “kuey tiao” warms your tummy and forms a smile on your face, and the third bite into the tender beef will literally melt in your mouth!
It just goes to show how long the beef has been boiled to produce a product of such quality! This dish is unusually refreshing, and if you are looking for a soupy deal and are a meat lover, this is for you!
Personally, tender meat is always rewarding and so rare to find these days. I was very satisfied with my meal, and I would recommend you have it with a cup of cold Soya bean milk! A suitable place to have some bonding session with your friends and family as well, this is indeed a dish to be shared with others!
