A unique version of, Ice Kachang!

Gurney Drive

Causeway Point #05-12/13,

Price: $3.50
Rating: 3.5/5

A new outlet at cause way point, this restaurant has a very unique kind of Ice kachang.

Other than having peanuts, it comes with rose syrup, green syrup, corn & beans, jelly of all sorts, and.... Root beer!
Yes! Believe it of not, what looks like "Gula malacca" is actually Root beer!
A very different ice kachang that I have come across, and I although I am not a fan of root beer, I found it quite refreshing! It also comes with strips of dried ginger which adds a chewy feature in the whole dessert.

Keeping it short and simple, I think it is worth a try, if you are bored of the usual ice kachang that can be found almost everywhere! I would not tell you exactly how it tastes, because I personally think that this dish is a tricky dish. And everyone would have different opinions on this!

So why not YOU head down to any Gurney Drive, and order this dessert and let me know how you feel about this?
