Having those days when you just want to dig into a plate of wholesome fried goodness. Such was my day when I decided to try this dish. With every bite, the soya sauce rubs off its sweet and tasty flavour to the Kway Teow. The slices of fish cake and Taiwanse sausage chunks add on to the delicious meaty essence of the dish.

I liked how the various elements like the fish cake, sausage and sauce all came together nicely. Not too sweet, the Kway Teow was clearly soft and delightful. Located at the Foodcourt in Sembawang, this stall is a stone's throw away at the MRT station. Fret not about your calories when you try this dish as it's savoured by well known celebrities from Channel U and Channel 8 as well.
